As
a result of continuous expansion of our product range and the development of
innovative products we now have a team of
30
employees in our facility in
Drabenderhöhe
serving the medical industry.
Also storage and production places had to be
enlarged repeatedly during the last years. Only in September 2004 the newest
building has been inaugurated.
As a
result to the growing demand an additional production site in Hungary with
currently 15 employees has been established.
Besides general products for the need of practitioners and hospitals
we are offering medical products for elderly care,
rehabilitation and sports. Another branch of the product range is neuropad® -
a
new
test
which
is the only objective diagnostic method to determine the difference between
a healthy foot condition and one with the potential to develop
a
Diabetic
Foot Syndrome.
After 4 years of research and development the product is on its way to
success
and is
now distributed worldwide.
miro Verbandstoffe is certified after DIN ISO 9001:2000, DIN EN 13485:2003 (former DIN EN 46001)
and
EU-guideline 93/42/EWG Annex V and II (details can be found in the rubric "quality")
In compliance with these quality standards, all employees work efficently
and indepently to support the continuous growth of the company.
Since its foundation in 1982 by
Michael Rothmann the company miro is located in Drabenderhöhe
(city of Wiehl,
near Cologne). miro Verbandstoffe is specialized in the private label
manufacturing and distribution of medical products. Our customers are
wholesalers in Germany and in more than 50 countries worldwide.
